Event Design

Full design from first idea to final reveal. We learn how you want guests to feel, then build the palette, florals, lighting, rentals and layout around it, using second-hand and rented pieces wherever we can. Includes an initial consult, mood board, 3D rendering and a clear proposal.

Day-of Coordination

You've done the planning; we carry it across the finish line. We arrive early for the build-out, manage vendors and the timeline, make real-time calls when plans shift, and handle teardown and cleanup, so you get to be a guest at your own event.

Corporate & Brand Events

Retreats, launches, brand activations and team celebrations. We handle venue sourcing, hotel blocks, flights and logistics, plus full design direction across Orange County, Los Angeles and beyond, so your event feels intentional and on-brand.

Interiors & Design Studio

With a background in architecture, we bring the same intention to the spaces you live and work in: layered, livable rooms made with sustainable materials and timeless choices over trends.

Interior Design

Residential and commercial interiors designed around how you actually live and work. We source furniture, materials, lighting and texture with a focus on reuse and responsible choices, and guide every step from concept to install.

3D Modeling & Renderings

See your event or space before a single piece is placed. We create 3D models, photoreal renderings and detailed drawing sets for events, installations and interiors, so you can make decisions with confidence. Available on its own or with any design package.

Our design and planning fee is $125 per hour, and all materials, rentals and product are billed at cost with no markup. You can use us for a single consult or the entire event.

We're based in Huntington Beach and work throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. We also travel for destination weddings and larger productions, so just ask.

We rent, borrow and repurpose before we buy, source second-hand and vintage pieces, reuse our own builds from project to project, and plan to minimize waste on the day. Beautiful and conscious can go together.

For weddings and large events, 6 to 12 months is ideal. For parties, holidays and corporate gatherings, 2 to 4 months is usually plenty. Have a sooner date? Reach out anyway and we'll see what we can do.

Yes. Thanks to Haylee's architecture background, we can create 3D renderings of your space so you can walk through the design and make changes before anything is built.
